“She has anxiety and depression, and she thinks people don’t like her, and she’s introverted,” Darren explained. “she suffered a lot of injuries, and I brought her home with me. She can walk now, but I doubt that she left the house. Instead, she probably went upstairs because she feared meeting you.” Darren was thinking aloud now.
Blake wasn’t following the story and thought maybe his brother was high, but he pointed towards the stairs. “OK, then let’s go upstairs.”
The brothers headed to the stairs and began to climb them. “I think she probably went into our bedroom, but if she didn’t, she could be anywhere,” Darren explained, gesturing upwards. “I think you two might get along, But she had a bad dream, and she got so upset she is scared of you.”
“She had a dream? About me?” Blake was listening now.
“Yes,” Darren said, regretting he said it. They were upstairs now, and he wanted to listen for Lea.
“what was it about?” Blake asked. The girl had already been dreaming about him!
“Oh, you were being mean to her, her words not mine. She found you in our room, and she ran down the stairs to get away from you.” Darren explained as he searched his and Lea’s bedroom.
Blake smirked. He and the girl were in the bedroom, and she feared him. Just the way he liked his women. “Oh. That is too bad. I feel sorry for her.” He lied.
